On July 20, 2023, the world lost a bright and beloved soul, Elton "Lil Red" Parker, whose presence brought joy and happiness to everyone around him. Born on January 9, 2004, Elton touched the lives of many as a loving son, grandson, nephew, and friend. His departure has left a void that will be felt deeply by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Elton's adventurous spirit knew no bounds. He found immense joy in exploring the world around him and embraced thrilling activities like riding his motorcycle, four-wheeling, and jeeping. The freedom he felt while engaging in these pursuits was evident in the infectious smile that lit up his face. Additionally, he found serenity and relaxation in riding his motorcycle, often embarking on rides to the beach, where he could revel in the beauty of nature.
Among his many interests, the bond between Elton and his father, Raymond "Red" Parker, was exceptional. They shared a special bond over their shared love for cars, frequently attending car shows, watching thrilling car races together, and along with his uncles they all would attend Astros games. The time they spent bonding during these outings created lasting memories that will be cherished forever.
Elton "Lil Red" Parker leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever be treasured by his loved ones. He is survived by his loving father, Raymond "Red" Parker, who will always hold his son close to his heart. Also mourning the loss of Elton is his beloved grammy, Terrie Parker, who shared a special connection with him. Additionally, he leaves behind his Uncle Mike Parker and cousin Andrew, Aunt Robin Perry, Uncle Eric, cousins Elisabeth, Catherine, and Hannah, and Uncle Paul Parker, Aunt Jayne, cousins Blake, Krista, Ciarra, and Jaydon. Their lives were enriched by Elton's presence, and they will carry his memory with them always.
Elton "Lil Red" Parker's circle of love extends far beyond his immediate family. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends, all of whom were touched by his kindness, compassion, and infectious laughter.
As we bid farewell to Elton, we celebrate the light he brought into our lives and find comfort in knowing that his spirit will continue to live on in our hearts. May his memory be a guiding star, leading us to cherish the moments we shared with him and to cherish each other.
