Elton Donald Doskocil

Elton Donald Doskocil, age 75, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. He was born September 10, 1936 in Goose Creek, Texas to Edwin Leo and Frances Mae Doskocil who preceded him in death along with the love of his life, Evelyn Lee Doskocil. Mr. Doskocil served in the U.S. Army and he was a structural designer in the Architectural Engineering field. He is survived by his two sons Tim Doskocil and Jeff Doskocil; daughter-in-law Shawna Doskocil; sisters Judy Hanson and Arlene Clemmons; brother Kenneth Doskocil; two grandsons Shawn Doskocil and Trevor Doskocil; and many faithful friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 24, 2012, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Michael Nix will preside over a funeral service being held Friday, May 25, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Dolen Baptist Church, Dolen, Texas.
