Elsie Millican

Elsie Mae Millican, age 83 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018. She was born September 28, 1934 in Galveston, Texas to mother Mary Mansky who she is preceded in death by.

Survivors include numerous cousins, church family and friends.

Elsie loved helping with the children at church, vacation Bible school and she loved animals. She had an excellent memory when it came to family and friend’s birthdays, and she loved to color pictures for them. As a resident of Cleveland Health Care Center, Elsie enjoyed visiting with other residents and especially liked playing bingo. She was a very kind and loving person.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 2, 2018 at Oak Shade Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
