Elo Meinke

Elo H. Meinke, age 74, of Splendora, Texas, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010. He was born August 5, 1935, in Houston, Texas to Elo Henry and Alma Meinke Sr. who preceded him in death. Survivors include his loving wife, Gloria Nell Meinke; daughters, Brenda May and husband, Ed, Patricia Brown and husband, Glaydale; sons, Michael Meinke and wife, Deniese; brother, Fred Meinke; grandchildren, Mashella Brown and husband, Lance, Bubba May and wife, Debbie, Luke May, Kendra Rollins and husband, Jeff, Kandis Lee and husband, Kevin, Cory Brown; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Kimi May, Shelby and Brittney Brown, Lacey and Leanna May, Larley Lee; nephews, Fred Meinke Jr., Troy Meinke and wife, Karen; numerous other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2010, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Splendora Cemetery, Splendora, Texas; Don Fostor, James Parrish, and Robert Stephenson presiding. Pallbearers include Bubba May, Lance Brown, Luke May, Jeff Rollins, Cory Brown, Kevin Lee; honorary pallbearer, Maritime ILA Brothers.
