Ellis Weaver Hawthorne

HAWTHORNE             Ellis Weaver Hawthorne, age 79, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Memorial Herman Northeast in Humble.  He was born March 11, 1932 in Byspot, Texas to parents Phillip Ray and Artie Hawthorne who preceded him in death along with his loving wife Florine Hawthorne and nine siblings.           Survivors include daughter Phyllis and Terry Berry; sons Troy and Tracy Hawthorne, Gordon and Lesli Hawthorne, Phillip and Susie Hawthorne, James and Connie Hawthorne; sister Dorthy Newman; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends.           Visitation will be held Monday, January 23, 2012, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Cleveland Memorial Park Cemetery.
