Elliott Wesley Mansfield

Eilliott Wesley Mansfield, age 84 of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away November 16, 2017 in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was born on December 24, 1932 in Jamaica, New York to parents Elliott and Anna Mansfield who preceded his death along with his wife of 54 years, Nancy Mansfield and brother-in-law Jim Lambert. He was an only child and spent the early part of his life in Jamaica, New York. He was a graduate of Jamaica High School. He married the love of his life in 1959 and they raised their three girls from New York to Houston, Texas. He worked for Texaco for 42 years. He enjoyed fishing, horse racing and reading. He was a member of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church for 20 years and was very involved with his church and church family.

Survivors include daughters, Diane Werner and husband Steve of Clarksville, Arkansas, Karen Strickland and husband Shane of Round Rock, Texas and Eileen Mansfield of Katy, Texas; grandchildren, Andrea Schluterman, Lindsey Werner, Allison Riddell, Eric Strickland, Connor Strickland and Mitchell Montalvo; great-granddaughter, Addison Schluterman; sister-in-law, Betty Elizabeth Lambert; nephews, Chris Lambert, Michael Lambert and Doug Lambert; numerous other cherished family members and treasured friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen The Martyr Catholic Church, 101 Stage Coach Dr. at Hwy 156, Point Blank, Texas 77364 with interment at Pace-Stencil Memorial Rest Gardens. Pallbearers include Steve Werner, Shane Strickland, Connor Strickland, Mitchell Montalvo, Doug Schluterman and Preston Riddell.
