Elbert Ellisor

Elbert L. Ellisor, age 86 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016. He was born October 9, 1929 in New Waverly, Texas to parents Clayton and Sarah Ellisor who preceded him in death along with his wife of 57 years, Nelda Ellisor; and brother, Arlie Ellisor.

Mr. Ellisor graduated from Huntsville High School Class of 1947/48. After 32 years he retired from Tx Dot. He also loved hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his daughter, Carla Ellisor; son, Wayne Ellisor and wife Anna; brothers, Alton Ellisor and Joe Ellisor and wife Carol; grandchildren, Jessica Ainsworth and husband Mike, Anna Marie Garza and husband Geronimo, and Shonda Galvan and husband Jimmy; great-grandchildren, Kaitlinn Ellisor, Madilinn and Payton Ainsworth, Alexandria and Juliana Garza, Holly, Hally and Dante Galvan; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Boswell Cemetery, New Waverly, Texas.
