Earnest Goree Knight

Earnest Goree Knight, age 82 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015. He was born July 10, 1933 in Security, Texas to parents Earnest R. and Zoda E. Knight who preceded him in death along with brother, Roland Knight; and grandson, Steven R. Knight, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Lee Knight; daughter, Teri White and husband Jerry; son, Randy Knight and Marsha; sisters, Lillian Scott and Thelma Burrow; brother, Melvin Moree Knight; grandchildren, Jeremy Knight, Jared Knight, Laurie Loftin, Samantha Mizell, and Lucinda Smithhart; seven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
