Dorsey JoAnn Mattern, age 70, of Cleveland, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014, in Cleveland, Texas. She was born April 15, 1944 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother, Christine Hardin; stepfather, Archie Hardin; Godmother, Monica Mattern, niece, Regina Rene Jones

Survivors include her brother, James Hardin and his wife, Jane; sister, Wanda Hardin; nephew, James Russell Hardin; nieces, Shelia McDaniel, Kristin Baker, Brandi Comrie, and Heather Singletary; nine great nieces and nephews; three great- great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 4:00 p.m., at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
