Dorothy Jean Bruner, 67, of Splendora passed away September 1, 2014 in Conroe, Texas. Dorothy was born July 2, 1947 in Houston, Texas to parents Leroy Lemott Beach and Freda Ann Perdue Beach. She had lived in Splendora since 1978 after moving from Houston.Visitation for Mrs. Bruner will be 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, 303 East Crocket, Cleveland, Texas 77327. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home with Brother Bob Grayson officiating. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery.Mrs. Bruner was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Beach and Freda Olds and her daughter Sharon. She is survived by husband of 40 years, Charles L. Bruner; sister, Barbara Holloway and husband Gerry; grandchildren, Bobby Wilkins and wife Mackenzie and Brandon Hilton and wife Andrea; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Emma and Grant; niece, Tabby and husband Mike Johnson; also other extended family and friends.For those who desire memorials may be made to your local SPCA in Mrs. Bruners memory.
