Dorothy Ann Bullington

Dorothy Ann Bullington, 65 of Crosby passed away peacefully April 15, 2014 in Houston, Texas after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 16, 1948 in Mountainair, New Mexico to parents Milton Alexander and Iola Skinner Bullington and had been a longtime resident of the Houston area. Service for Mrs. Bullington will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland with Rev. Ken Smith officiating. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Walter Bullington. She is survived by her husband, Irby Hoot; daughters, Shelly Ostrander and husband Cary, Cheryl Slone and husband Robert, and Shawna Holston and husband Jon; grandchildren, Cory Ostrander, Megan Ostrander, Ryan Slone, Jamie Slone, Abigail Holston, Ethan Blackmore, and Eli Hoot; sister, Wanda Sullenger; step-children, Destany Hoot, Dwaine Hoot and wife Breanna, and Dustin Hoot; nieces and nephews, Thomas Corey, Danny Bullington, Jamie Sharpe, Michael Sharpe, Jeremy Sharpe, Stacey Corey & Gayleen Gifford; also many other family members and a host of friends.
