Doris Waldrep Yarbrough

Doris Waldrep Yarbrough went to be with our Lord on August 9 in Montgomery, Alabama. She was a member of the Allendale Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas. She retired from the 258th Judicial District in Texas after serving 26 years with the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Department and Probation Department. She loved her job and working with people from all walks of life.

She is survived by her sons, Doug (Sharon) Yarbrough and Don (Sheila) Yarbrough; grandchildren, Todd Yarbrough (Patti Suggs), Alyssa Yarbrough (Ben Hazelkorn), Paige (Bradley) Roberson; great grandchildren, Thomas and Fiona Yarbrough and Hayden Hazelkorn; sister, Shirley Wood; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and an abundance of friends.

In lieu of flowers, Doris wished donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in her memory.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 6, 2017 at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas.
