Dorene Louise Patrick

Dorene Louise Aldridge Patrick, 89, of Liberty passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Houston, Texas. She was born March 16, 1923 in Douglass, Texas to parents Dock Cornelius Aldridge and Addie Thompson Rogers Aldridge. Mrs. Patrick graduated from Nederland High School and had lived in Liberty since 1976. She loved her family and enjoyed sewing, reading and crocheting.
Service for Mrs. Patrick will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Liberty with Rev. Ron Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Cooke Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Dayton. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, Liberty.
Mrs. Patrick was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Lionel Aldridge and Bill Aldridge. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Edward Lee “Pat” Patrick of Liberty; her daughter, Debbie Beasley and husband Dennis of Liberty; her son, Reginald Patrick and wife Linda of Liberty; her grandchildren, Patrick Beasley and wife Tiffany, Troy Beasley, and James Patrick; her great-grandchildren, Makayla Beasley and Kristen Beasley; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
