Donald W. “Don” Myers, 54, of Dayton, died Monday, March 19, 2012, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 23, 2012, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton with graveside services at 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Don was born May 28, 1957 in Houston, to parents; Olen G. and Iola Duncan Myers, a former resident of Huffman, and has resided in the Dayton area for the past two years. He was a graduate of the Galena Park High School class of 1975, a mechanic for Adobe equipment of Houston, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, collecting hot wheels, and horses. Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his parents, mother of his children: Susan G. Myers, and brothers: Billy, Mickey, Grady, and Harry Myers. He is survived by his wife: Natalie Harman Myers of Dayton, sons: Jeffrey W. Myers, Sr. and wife Virginia of Huffman and Joe Myers of Huffman, stepsons: Matthew Passmore of Dayton and Jacob Passmore and wife Amanda of Abilene, sisters: Nancy Foreman of Houston, Sandra Conley of Conroe, Vicki Gascoyne of Houston, Rose Rickley of Conroe, and sally Myers-Davis of Conroe, grandchildren: Jeffrey W. Myers, Jr., Charlotte Susan Myers, Carson Myers, Caitlyn Myers, and Chyann Myers, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
