Donald Ray Pepper, a cherished husband, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, in Dayton. He was born on November 16, 1961, in Monroe, Louisiana, and was a proud graduate of Anahuac High School, having completed his education in 1981, Donald dedicated several years of his life working at Union Tank, where he made lasting contributions and friendships. He was known for his commitment to his work, which mirrored his dedication to his family.
In his free time, Donald found joy in playing games on his phone, a pastime that brought him moments of relaxation and enjoyment. His playful nature and zest for life will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Miriam Pepper, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Donald also leaves behind brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Doug Davidson, Donna and Danny Fabre, Becky and Eddie Bird and Sue and Andy Sartin, along with numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends whose lives he touched.
Donald was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Audie Pepper and Dorothy Coats Pepper, as well as his dear son, Ray Pepper. Their memories will continue to live on in the hearts of those he left behind.
Donald Ray Pepper will be remembered for his warm personality, his unwavering support for his loved ones, and the indelible mark he left on their lives. His legacy of love and dedication will remain a guiding light for his family and friends.
