Dolores Barron, 72, of Dayton passed away January 19, 2019 in Baytown, Texas. She was born April 15, 1946 in Austin, Texas.
Service for Mrs. Barron will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton. Serving as pallbearers are Raymond Romero, Russell Romero, Mickey Barron, Amin Moreno, Randon Romero, Ryan Romero and Josh Yohey. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Mendez, Cherad Carroll, and Jacob Romero.
Mrs. Barron had been a resident of Dayton for the past 25 years. She previously lived in Port Arthur. Dolores enjoyed working in her yard, listening to music, dancing and fishing. She was dedicated to raising her family and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dolores was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Mike Barron; children, Raymond Romero and wife Marla, Russell Romero and Cheryl, Rachel Yohey and husband James, Rhonda Falke and Marc Mitchell, Ronald Romero and wife Michelle, Shirley Barron and wife Kristen , Dolores Mendez and husband Thomas, Michael “Mikey” Barron and wife Sarah, and Marjorie Romero; 24 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Calvin Miguez and wife Kathy; sister, Jan Moyer and husband Ron; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
