Dollie Marie Hovenkamp, age 94, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 in Houston, Texas. She was born May 06, 1919 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She was sweet and loving, tender hearted, and deeply devoted to her family. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband of 29 years Russell Hovenkamp of Shepherd, Texas. Survivors include her sisters Doris Blissard of The Woodlands, Texas; Lovie Randolph of Tomball, Texas; children Jack Fitch and wife Pam of Montgomery, Texas, Mark Hovenkamp and wife Glenda of Austin, Texas, Kem Coleman and husband Mike of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren Mark Fitch and wife Debbie of Cleveland, Texas, Laurie Dell Wright and husband Adam of Kingwood, Texas, Anna Riekstins and husband Rudi of Florence, Kentucky, Sarah Hovenkamp of Houston, Texas, Preston Hovenkamp of Austin, Texas, Amy Coleman of Denver, Colorado, Jeremy Coleman and wife Mary of Colorado Springs, Colorado; great-grandchildren Hunter Fitch of Cleveland, Texas, Layton Fitch of Coldspring, Texas, Braely Fitch of Coldspring, Texas, Samuel Wright of Kingwood, Texas, Avery Wright of Kingwood, Texas, Austin Coleman of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Emelia Coleman of Colorado Springs, Colorado; numerous other treasured family members and a host of faithful friends throughout the years. There will be a private service and burial.
