Deborah Ann Bishop

Deborah Debbie Ann Garrett Bishop, 64, of Dayton died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in Liberty, Texas.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. No other services are scheduled at this time.

Debbie was born November 19, 1951 in Liberty, Texas to parents James Henry Garrett and Johnnie Neuman Garrett. She attended Liberty High School. Debbie had managed the Liberty Softball Association for many years. Everyone called her Mom and she was truly a mother to all.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, Ethan Thomas Bishop. Debbie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Tommy Bishop of Dayton; daughter, Jamie Brown and husband Kevin; sons, Michael Bishop and wife Heather and Tommy Bishop and wife Karen; sisters, Theresa Ericson and husband John; brothers, Carl Garrett and wife Lila Sue; grandchildren, Zena Bishop, Cole Bishop, Kancie Bishop, Kayliann Brown, Kade Bishop, Zackary Brown, Kylee Bishop; great-grandchildren, Kyler Bishop, Jordan Fort, Cooper Taylor and Porter Fregia, also numerous other relatives and friends too many to list.
