Debbie Hall, born on February 11, 1955, in North Tonawanda, New York, to Patricia Borland and Frank Lucas, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving children and family.
Debbie was a dedicated and hardworking woman. Alongside her husband, Johnny Ray Hall, Sr., she made sure that her two children learned the value of hard work from an early age. She spent many years working in the banking industry before her health declined in the early 2000s, preventing her from returning to work—a loss that weighed heavily on her for many years.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Johnny Ray Hall, Sr., her grandmother Virginia Borland, fur baby Nina, and her siblings: sisters Holly Link, Laramie Krock, and Mary Primeaux, and brother Fred Krock.
She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Holston, and her husband Jason; her son, Johnny Ray Hall, Jr., and his wife Ashley; her fur baby, Precious; and her cherished grandchildren: Ashley, Austin, Matthew, Madison, Garrett, Johnny, and Kreed. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren: Gracelyn, Hudson, Laiken, Emma, and Ella; her sister, Kim Hubenak; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 4pm-8pm at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland. Debbie will be laid to rest in Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 11am.
Debbie’s family meant everything to her. She had a special love for travel, particularly to Walt Disney World, where she made lasting memories with her loved ones. Her homemade spaghetti was legendary, and she always had a stash of snacks and Dr. Peppers for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Known for her playful sense of humor, Debbie loved to tease her children about their precious fur baby, Precious. It’s no secret that Precious had more toys and clothes than most children and was truly treated as a member of the family, traveling everywhere with Debbie, who always made sure to take her along.
Debbie's love for her family, her generosity, and her joyful spirit will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
