Dean Young Galvan, age 73, of Humble, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011 in Humble, Texas. She was born in Kemp, Texas on March 7, 1938 to parents, Homer Jackson Young and Rosie Lee Mosley Young who preceded her in death along with her son, Randy; sister, Ruby; brothers, Wayne and Hubert.
Survivors include her son, Rodney L. Jordan and wife, Wendy; daughter, Rhonda J. Markham and husband, Jack; grandchildren; Amy and husband, Angel, Crystal N. Self, Lindsey R. Canizalez, Aaron , Caleb and Rachel Jordan; great-grandchildren, Alex Self, Ryan and Asara Ordonez, Aden Self, Aaliyah Canizalez; sisters, Molly Fields and Barbara Lindsey; brothers, Glenn Young and wife, Rita and Elmer Young. Numerous nieces, nephews and so many other wonderful family members and friends that loved her so much.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2011, 5:00-9:00 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Pastor Maddox will preside over funeral services being held Friday, 10:00 a.m., July 8, 2011 at Pace-Stancil Chapel with interment immediately following at Splendora City Cemetery.
