Dean Clayton Lilley, age 74 and a resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 08, 2014. He was born September 11, 1939, in Evergreen, Texas, to parents, James Woodrow and Mildred Dorine Jeffcoat Lilley, who both preceded him in death. Mr. Lilley was a veteran of the United States Army from 1957 to 1959. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Jeanene Lilley; daughter, Pat Lilley; step-son, Milton Wayne Smith; grandchildren, Rick and Rachael Evans, Michael and Amber Smith; great-grandchild, McKensey Smith; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over services being held Monday, January 13, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 816 N. Blair, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Oak Shade Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. Pallbearers include Rick Evans, Roland Ewing, Jack Ferguson, Grant Cook, Eddie Fendly, and Arthur Evans.
