Dawna Lynn Luna

Dawna Lynn Luna, 45, of Humble, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 in Houston. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Palms Memorial Park in Dayton. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Dawna was born January 3, 1970 in Edinburg, to parents; A. Benito and Gloria Fry Luna, a former resident of Huffman, and has resided in Humble for the past six years. She was a graduate of the High School for Performing Arts and received her bachelors degree from Rice University. Dawna was an architect, member of Grace Church, and an avid dog rescue volunteer. She also enjoyed pottery, ceramics, gardening, fishing, riding motorcycles, and shooting. Miss Luna is survived by her parents: A. Benito and Gloria Fry Luna of Huffman, brother: Dan Luna and wife Corey of Huffman, nephew: Cody Luna, her companions: Deanna and Lola, and numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
