Darren Dwayne Wolf, born on June 8, 1970, to Joe and Gail Wolf, departed this life on September 16, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories as devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Darren had an unwavering passion for family and the great outdoors. He reveled in every moment spent with his loved ones, often captivating them with tales of his adventures. Whether he was hunting in the serene wilderness or enjoying the gentle waves while out on his boat, Darren found joy in the simplicity of nature. When he wasn’t on the water, he could be seen riding his ATV, laughter echoing in the air, surrounded by family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, William and Effie Wolf, and Jean Watson, as well as his father-in-law, Walter Anderson, brother-in-law, Richard Knighten, and sister-in-law, Deeann Green.Darren is survived by his devoted wife, Diann Wolf, his loving parents, Joe and Gail Wolf, and his cherished children, Dustin Wolf and Chelsey Leasman and her husband Justin and his adored grandchildren, Caden Wolf, Briar Leasman, and Ryder Leasman. He was a beloved brother to Deanna Knighten and Tammy Ford and her husband Waldo, and a proud brother to Joe Michael Wolf Jr. Darren was also survived by his mother-in-law, Mary Anderson, sisters-in-law Theresa Hohmann and husband Robert, Lisa Turner and husband Gary, along with many other family members and dear friends who were fortunate to know him.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st from 5pm-8pm at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland. Darren's funeral service will be on Sunday, September 22nd at 2pm in the Pace-Stancil Chapel with Bro. Glen Mead officiating. Burial will follow at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens in Cleveland. The family would like to invite everyone to join them at the SJP Ranch (2646 FM 1010 Rd.) for a potluck immediately following the burial.
As we celebrate Darren's extraordinary life, let us remember his generous spirit, infectious laughter, and the love he so freely shared with those around him. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed but always remembered in our hearts.
