Danny Lynn Barth

Danny Lynn Barth, 53, of Allen, passed away from heart failure on Sunday, November 6, 2016, at the Medical Center of McKinney.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2016, at the Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton with burial following thereafter. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Danny was born June 23, 1963, in Tulia, to parents; Robert G. and Maurine Bennett Barth, a former resident of Dayton, and has resided in Allen for the past five years. He was a graduate of the Dayton High School class of 1981, attended Abilene Christian University, and was an inventory control clerk for RGIS. He also enjoyed fishing, boating, hiking, and was an avid sports fan.

Mr. Barth was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law: Randy Lewis. He is survived by his brother: Mark Barth of Dallas, sisters: Glenda Lewis of Allen and Debbie Blanken and husband Fred of Dublin, aunt: Rita Jan Boykin of Texas City, nieces: Andrea Jackson and husband Chris and Robin Laningham, nephews: Clifton Ivester, Jr. and wife Felicity and Travis Barth and wife Melanie, great-nieces: Layden Jackson and Hadley Jackson, great-nephew: Bennett Laningham, numerous other relatives, and friends.
