Cora Lee Rothbauer

Cora Lee Rothbauer, age 67, of Rye, Texas, passed away Friday, September 28, 2012 at Conroe Regional Medical Center.� She was born April 11, 1945 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to parents Osler Edwards and Annie Sprinkle who preceded her in death along with her son Will Morris Jr.; and her brother Frank Edwards.Cora Lee had a huge heart and had a passion for giving and doing for others.� She was a member of the Schwab City Baptist Church and one of God's most loyal servants.� She was a joyful worker for the Lord as she spent long hours making teddy bears for abused children.� She also treasured the time spent with her quilting group.� Every day of her life was a special occasion and a reason to rejoice; she never met anyone that didn't love her. Her most loved role in life was that of a Mother.� She adored her daughters Susan Norton, Elizabeth Wainscott and Karen Combe; sisters Ruby Barger and Joyce Heidlebaugh; grandchildren Victoria Rothbauer, Amber Wainscott, Mathew Vela, and Aiden Wainscott; nephews Lowell Muenshau and Allen Siebeneicher; nieces Michelle Murphy, Darla Muenchau, Dana Muenchau, Bettey Coker; numerous other cherished family members and faithful friends.� She will be sorely missed by all who knew her on earth and received joyfully unto the Lord in Heaven.Bro. David Jones will preside over funeral services being held Friday, October 5, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Peebles Cemetery, Goodrich, Texas.� Pallbearers include Ricky Norton, Caleb Brinkman, Jerry Pierson, Michael Combe, Jeff Martin, and Doug Murphy; honorary pallbearers include Mathew Vela and Aiden Wainscott.
