Connie O. Reneau

Connie Oeding Reneau was born January 26, 1950 in Longmont, Colorado to parents, Ignatz Joseph Oeding and Anna Bernice Conrardy Oeding. She went to her Heavenly Home on June 1, 2024 in The Woodlands, Texas at the age of 74. Connie was one of ten siblings and grew up on farm. Her family and their German heritage instilled in her a strong work ethic. She had her own barbeque business and worked at HEB for 16 years. Connie also had a desire for adventure. She loved the open road and enjoyed her motorcycle rides. Connie loved her family greatly and will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her. Connie and Travis were together for 14,371 days, and they enjoyed every minute of every day. Connie also had a special love for animals and her pets, especially her dog MacKenzie. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ignatz Joseph and Anna Bernice Oeding; step son, Stacy Lane Reneau; brother, James Oeding; sister, Lois Ann Oeding. Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Travis Reneau; son, Todd Stedman and wife Michele; step sons, T.J. Reneau and wife Anna, and Robert Clayton Reneau; brothers, Ben Oeding, Larry Oeding, Ed Oeding, Richard Oeding, and Ken Oeding; sisters, Betty Jean Alley and Judith Leonard; grandchildren, Justin Stedman, Tyler Stedman, Bailey Stedman, Cody Reneau, Chase Reneau, Corey Reneau, Stevie Reneau, Stacy Reneau, and Haylee Reneau; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, 2024 in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 11am with Bro. Larry Dean officiating. Burial will follow in the Morgan Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Cody Reneau, Chase Reneau, Stevie Reneau, Stacy Reneau, Justin Stedman, and Tyler Stedman.
