Collis Norman Turner

Collis Norman Turner, age 86 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017. He was born February 3, 1931 in Fostoria, Texas to parents Jimmy Gibson Turner and Tessie Lucille Lilly who he is preceded in death by.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy A. Turner; daughters, Deborah Turner, and Mitzi Grimes and husband Wesley; sons, Norman Turner and wife Lydia, and William Turner and wife Patti; sister, Willie Beth Alexander; brother, James C. Turner; grandchildren, Carl Jones, Branda Turner, Jace Turner, Diedra May, Travis Turner, Amanda Newlon and Jessie Grimes; great-grandchildren, Janie Jones, Caitlyn Jones, Hannah Jones, Emily May, Kasey May, Camille May, Gracie Grimes, Jolee Newlon and John Wesley Newlon; and great great-grandchild, Haeven Marie.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Bear Creek Baptist Church, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
