Charles Wayne Bridges

Charles Wayne Bridges was born on November 14, 1942 in Shafter, California to parents Charles and Dorothy Bridges. He passed away February 9, 2023 at 80 years old.

Charles Wayne Bridges loved the Lord with all his heart, soul and mind. He was a servant, leader, loving and caring for his family and friends with all he had. Wayne loved the great outdoors and working with his hands. He enjoyed the rodeo, nascar, the Cowboys, shooting, being with family, and good music.

Wayne is preceded in death by his father Charles Givon Bridges; daughter Audra Jennifer Bridges; Son in law, Matthew Lee Haggard; sister Barbara Annette Bridges; brother, Steven Kenneth Bridges. He is survived by his wife Bronwyn Diane Bridges; mother Dorothy Mae Bridges; daughters April Diane Haggard Lilley and husband Ben; Adrianne Lynn Ban and husband Peter; son in law Shane Vasquez; grandchildren Samuel Haggard and wife Hannah; Hannah Vasquez, Sebastian Ban, Brenden Haggard, Hunter Vasquez, Dominick Ban and Anneliese Ban; two great grandchildren on the way; along with numerous cousins family and friends

The Family will receive friends on Friday, February 17, 2023 6:00pm – 8:00pm at First Baptist Church Coldspring 100 E. Pine Ave Coldspring, Texas 77331. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11:00am The interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be Peter Thomas Ban, Ben Joseph Lilley, Samuel James Haggard, Sebastian Gabriel Ban, Brenden Wayne Haggard, Jonathan Hunter Vasquez, Dominick Pierson Ban. Honorary Pallbearers Hannah Danielle Vasquez and Anneliese Joy Ban.
