Charles Raymond Walters, age 70 of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015. He was born September 29, 1944 in Shepherd, Texas to parents Alson Raymond Walters and Ola Pearl Toole who preceded him in death along with his granddaughter, Amanda Walters. Survivors include his son, Charles R. Walters, Jr. (Chuck); daughters, Robin Miller and Sherry Brown; grandchildren, Brittany Miller, Sarah Brown, Charles R. Walters III (Tito) – currently deployed with the US Navy and wife Alexis, Jimmy Walters, Cody Walters, Travis McCreight and wife Stephanie, Clint Walters and wife Britny, Sierra Walters and husband Ethan Dickerson, and Ty Paredes; eight great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
