Charles Ray Otwell, age 51 of Moscow, Texas, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015. He was born November 9, 1964 in Houston, Texas to parents James Otwell and Suzie Messer. He is preceded in death by his father, James Otwell; grandfather, Charles Otwell; and grandmother, Bertha Otwell. Survivors include his wife, Karin Otwell; mother, Suzie Messer; mom, Kay Otwell Wester; sons, Christopher Otwell, Coleman McDowell and John Paul Vick; daughter, Chelsea Otwell Pixley; son-in-law, Jamie Pixley; grandchildren, Krislyn Pixley, Kutter Pixley and Kimber Pixley; brothers and sisters, Rick Vick, Steve Otwell and wife Kellie, Darrell Otwell and wife Ercie, April Otwell, Kimberly Ceyanes and husband Jason; nieces and nephews, Easton Vick, Devin Otwell, Autumn Barricklo, Theresa and Nikki Otwell, Jace, Judd, J.R. and Chloe Ceyanes; numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 23, 2015 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
