Charles Newton Phenix

Charles Newton Phenix, age 84, of Splendora, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 in Pasadena, Texas. He was born May 30, 1927 in Colorado City, Texas to parents Dean S. and Myrtle Phenix who preceded him in death. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Splendora, Texas with Rev. Chester Dorsey and Kevin Okonski presiding. Survivors include his sons Richard Phenix and wife Pat, Bill Phenix and Peterea; grandsons Matthew Phenix and Wayne Phenix; step-granddaughter Zoe Alvarez; nieces Gail Dodd and husband Terry, Cheryl Meares and husband Neal; and a host of faithful friends.
