Charles A. Jimmerson

Charles A. Jimmerson, age 83, and a resident of Cleveland, Texas for over 50 years, passed away peacefully at his home with his family on Thursday, January 31, 2013. He was born December 04, 1929 in Andalusia, Alabama to parents Glen and Rosa (Corbett) Jimmerson who preceded him in death along with his loving wife of 55 years Robbie Lucille Jimmerson; granddaughter Heather Childree; and his sister JoAnn Hicks. He leaves his memories to his children Robbie Dorlene Raborn and husband Steve, Terry Glenn Childree, Brenda Gale Tew and husband Marvin, Shelly J. Stendahl and husband Mike, Kelly J. Cater and husband Mike, Gene Coleman and wife Glenda, Mark Hicks; daughter-in-law Margie Jimmerson; grandchildren Kimberly and Gary Schoener, Mark and Cathy Ellington, John Daniel Childree, Carey and Melissa Jimmerson, Monty Jimmerson, Tammy and Patrick Billnoski, Amanda and Trey Hunt, Jake Stendahl, Abel Stendahl, Emily Cater, Logan Cater, Cindy and Terry “Bubba” Wilson; great-grandchildren Sarah, Holly, Brandon, Tori, Logan, McKenzie, Colin Michael, Chayce, Kingston, Morgan, and Bubba; sister Kathy Layfield; his loving and devoted K-9 companions Chelsea and Little Bit; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 02, 2013, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 04, 2013 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens. Pallbearers include Mark Ellington, Monty Jimmerson, Carey Jimmerson, John Daniel Childree, Jake Stendahl, Abel Stendahl, Logan Cater, and Patrick Billnoski.
