Cecil William Mcclenan

Cecil William McClenan, age 98 and a resident of Orange, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 07, 2014. He was born June 18, 1915, in Dawson, Texas. He was a former resident of Coldspring, Texas, and a member of First Baptist Church Coldspring. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marcia McClenan, and his son, Richard McClenan. Survivors include his sons, Mike McClenan and wife Barb, Don McClenan, and Dave McClenan and wife Jody; seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends. Dr. Don M. Shannon will preside over a graveside service being held Saturday, January 11, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Coldspring, Texas. Honorary pallbearers include Mike McClenan, Don McClenan, Dave McClenan, David McClenan, Paul Ozymy Jr., and David Adams. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church, 100 E. Pine Avenue, Coldspring, Texas 77331.
