Cecil Brown

Marvin Cecil Brown, passed away on April 26, 2024, at the age of 78. He was born on December 26, 1945, in Liberty, Texas. Cecil was a loving brother, cherished uncle, and a dear friend to many.
 
Cecil had a zest for life and enjoyed spending his time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and most of all, surrounded by his beloved family. His warm personality and kind nature touched the lives of all who knew him.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph F. and Sadie M. Brown, as well as his brothers Nolan Brown and Gene Brown. Cecil is survived by his brothers Vernon Brown and Clifford Brown, sister Melinda Burleson and her husband Jerry, sisters-in-law Gaynell Brown and Laverne Brown, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
 
Services to honor and remember Cecil's life will be held on April 30, 2024. The visitation will take place at Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. The burial will be held at Lum Garden of Memories in Macedonia following the service.
