Creed “Bud” Bates Trout, Jr., 93, of Danbury died Sunday, July 23, 2017 in Houston.
Service for Mr. Trout will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Dayton. The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Trout was born in Big Cabin, Oklahoma to parents Creed Bates Trout, Sr. and Belle Fields Trout. He served during WWII in the US Army. Bud had lived in the Dayton area since the late 1970’s and before retirement he had worked in oil field sales.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Sylvia Payne Trout and Emma Lou Robinson Trout; children, C.B. Trout, III and James Trout. He is survived by his children, Barbara Binning and husband David, Sherrel Brantley and husband Edgar, and Carmalita Yanock and husband Drew; stepchildren, Judy Neuman and husband Mutt and Roland Robinson and wife Norma; sisters, Connie Ross and Lee Holt; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; also other family members and friends.
