Catherine Willis Adams, age 90, of Houston, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. She was born in Hamburg, Arkansas on November 10, 1920 to parents, Allen Patrick Willis and Nora Lee Hollis who preceded her in death along with her loving husband, Bruce Adams.
Survivors include her son, Melvin B. Adams and wife, Patricia A. Adams; grandchild, Allen B. Adams; great-grandchilden, Micah and Marissa Adams; numerous nieces, nephews and so many other wonderful family members and friends that loved her so much.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 8, 2011, 5:00-8:00 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Gregory Gerald and Bro. Henry Preston will preside over funeral services being held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., July 9, 2011, at Shepherd United Pentecostal Church, Shepherd, Texas, Hwy 150 at loop 424, With interment following at Farley Chapel Cemetery.
