Carroll Ross

Carroll Dean Ross, age 74 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015. He was born September 9, 1941 in Buffalo, Texas to parents Avery Lorraine Ward Ross and Clark Robert Ross who preceded him in death along with his brother, Robert Luther Ross; sisters, Christine Bell White and Blanche Marie Ross; niece, Linda Pearl Gannon, and sister-in-law, Anna Leola Cooper Ross. Survivors include his brother, Leonard George Ross, Sr. and wife Ann; nieces, Debora Lynn Ross Dickerson and husband Michael, Brenda White King and husband Jim, and Joyce White Childress and husband Albert; nephews, Leonard George Ross, Jr. and Daniel ONeil Gannon, Sr.; cousin, Roger Dale Williams; best friend, Larry Fisher; five great-nephews, five great-nieces, ten great great-nieces, four great great-nephews, two great great-great-nephews, along with numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m.9:00 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Brother Carl Williamson will preside over funeral services held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
