Carolyn Joy Clark

Carolyn Joy Clark, age 74 of New Caney, Texas, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018. She was born December 21, 1943 in Boston, Massachusetts to parents Joseph Walter and Lorraine Alden Reed who preceded her in death along with her son, Gaelen Clark; and brothers, Richard Reed and Joe Reed.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, David R. Clark; son, David Clark, Jr.; daughters, Wendy Stewart and husband Mike, Susan Holt and husband Max; sisters, Linda Diemer and husband Jim, Cheryl Casey and Pamela Reed; grandchildren, Alex Clark, Marissa Holt, Joseph Banda, Schon Holt, Kama Stokley and Mila Clark; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens, Cleveland, Texas. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Banda, Schon Holt, Mike Stewart, Max Holt, Alex Clark, Ward Brubaker and Herbert Lee. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association https://www.alz.org/.
