Blas Sanchez, Jr.

Blas Sanchez, Jr., age 73 of Dayton, Texas, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019. He was born October 9, 1945 in Robstown, Texas to parents Sara and Blas Sanchez, Sr. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sara Sanchez.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Ella Sanchez; father, Blas Sanchez, Sr.; son, Kevin Sanchez and wife Nigaar Sara; daughter, Rhonda Maywald and husband Lath; brothers, David Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Adam Sanchez, and Ray Sanchez; sisters, Sally Traweek and Julie Sanchez; grandchildren, Lathan Maywald, Kalan Maywald, and Johnny Blas Sanchez; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Coldspring, Texas with graveside to follow at Raven Hill Cemetery, Oakhurst, Texas.
