Billie Jean Green Foster, 86, of Spring, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016, in Tomball.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland.
Billie was born April 2, 1930 in Pitkin, Louisiana, to parents; Mack L. and Mamie V. Stricklin Green. A former resident of Richardson, Billie resided in Spring for the past 40 years. She was a graduate of Hardin High School, a Girl Scout Leader, a retired sales associate for Sears Hardware and an active member of the North Oaks Baptist Church. She also enjoyed camping, puzzles, and gardening.
Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Kenneth L. Foster, Sr., her siblings, and great-grandchildren: Caleb and Elisabeth. She is survived by her sons: Kenneth L. Foster, Jr. and wife Sharon of Garland and David M. Foster and wife Melinda of Bryan; daughters: Diane Foster Ray Candler and husband Pete of Virginia, Patricia K. Reddick and husband Ron of Colorado, and Myra J. Feagin and husband Bruce of Lone Oak; brother-in-law: Myron Foster and wife Sandra of Houston; grandchildren: Brandi, Tracy, Rachel, Holly, Kerry, Jamie, Shaun, Cassie, Denise, Joey, Kiri, Tabitha, Heather, Elizabeth, and Amanda; great-grandchildren: Ryan, Eugene, Aiden, Everett, Ashlyn, Alec, Grace, Elisabeth, Shelby, Shane, Lillie, Andrew, Brittany, Jemma, Jaxson, Liam, Arabella, Dylan, Katie, Jacob, Sabrina, Parker, Aurora, Cooper, Landrie, and Bryce on the way, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
