Bessie Marie Schmuck “Granny Bessie”, age 87, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away May 01, 2013 at her home. She was born in 1925 in Beaumont, Texas to parents Addison Emmett White and Elizabeth White who preceded her in death along with her husband, Orbra Lee “Jiggs” Schmuck Sr.; son, Orbra Lee Schmuck, Jr., siblings, Doris Rhoden, Lummy “William” White and Geraldine Willis . Visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 04, 2013 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 04, 2013, Shepherd United Pentecostal Church, Shepherd, Texas with interment at Farley Chapel Cemetery. Survivors include her Children Alice Paulette Davis, Joyce Elaine Ivy; Siblings Bubba White, Joyce Kent, and Mary Carouthers; Grandchildren Kimberly Kellis, James Seim, Rollie O’Dell, Alex O’Dell, Ashley Davis Callahan, Jennifer Davis; Great-Grandchildren Johnny L. Kellis, Jalyn Kellis, Journey Ivy, Mia Guerra, Elizabeth Ashlynn O’Dell, Ashton Callahan, Alex O’Dell II, Malisia Callahan, Caidon Callahan, Trey O’Dell, and Blake O’Dell; Great-Great-Granchild Sky Nicole Guerra; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years.
