Berma Lee Canard

Berma Lee Canard, age 77 of Splendora, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014. She was born February 13, 1937 in Marshal, Arkansas to parents Elmer Minick and Lexie Minick.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon Canard; sons, Otis Ray Canard and Roy Cagle Canard; daughters-in-law, Virginia Canard and Angelina Canterbury; sister, Jerry Woods; brother, Jodie Minick; grandchildren, Heather Ann Terry and husband Brandon, Matthew Ray Canard, and Amber Nichole Dickey and husband Mathew Dickey; great-grandchildren, Taylor Marie Dickey, Shaymus Allen Dickey, Ivee Rae Ann Dickey, and Jenssen Terry; numerous other relatives and friends.


Brother Mike Nix will preside over funeral services held 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 29, 2014 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Huffman Cemetery, Huffman, Texas. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
