Benjamin Rudolph Bullock, age 92 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018. He was born September 17, 1926 in Ore City, Texas to parents Benjamin Bruton and Viola Lucille Bullock who preceded him in death along with his brother, Clark Bullock; and sisters, Hilda Watson and Nell Lay
Ben was a WWII U.S. Army veteran who loved playing the guitar. He also enjoyed working on guns, hunting and fishing. Ben loved his family very much and will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife, Settie Kate Bullock; daughters, Geneva Whitmire and Cynthia Bullock; sisters, JoAnn Trieto, Maxine Johnston, and Carole Mercier; grandchildren, Wanda Walters and husband Robert, Vicki Chapman, Melvin Ray and wife Julie, David Gray and wife Janelle, and Stephanie Hoagland and husband John; great-grandchildren, Courtney and Jared, Christopher, Shelbe and Lance, Klayton and Cheyenne, Rylee, Zachary and Madison, Blake and Caelin, Garrett, Natalie, Hunter, and Gracie; numerous great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2018 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with Bro. Ernie Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Wells Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
