Barney Risner

Barney Gene Risner, age 74 of Willis, Texas, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015. He was born October 4, 1940 in San Jacinto County, Texas to parents Jesse and Clara Risner who preceded him in death along with his lifetime friend, Luther Blasingime; brother, Ervin Risner; and sisters, Elsie McAdams and Mattie Matocha. Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Craven; son, Cody Risner and wife Kristy; sister-in-law, Winnie Risner; grandchildren, Jayden Risner, Cole and Dakota; nieces and great nieces, LeAnn Frazier and children, Taylor, Grace, Avery, and Ashton; Susan Hensley, Sharon Williams, Debbie Howe, Brianna Preminter, Casey Kurtz, Stephanie Sebesta, Margie Sebesta and Irma French; nephews and great nephews, Lee Risner, Eull Risner, Patrick Matocha, Jr., Billy McAdams, Terry Risner, Todd Sebasta, Kurt Lanning, Justin Matocha, Clint Matocha, Cole Williams and Brett Williams. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
