Barbara Lee Staarmann Reynolds, 61, of Kenefick, died Sunday, April 26, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the Kenefick Civic Center with services concluding thereafter. Arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Barbara was born September 27, 1953 in Hamilton, Ohio, to parents; Leo Joseph and Hilda Lampl Staarmann. She was a former resident of Houston, and has resided in Dayton for the past 22 years. Barbara was a graduate of the Fairfield High School class of 1971. She spent her days taking care of her family and helping others. She was an Ole Tyme Days committee member and treasurer. Barbara spent many years supporting the Boy Scouts and was instrumental in forming Troup 49. She enjoyed the outdoors and took the scouts on numerous camping trips. Barbara was a Pro ET drag racer. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her parents and special aunt: Frieda Lampl. She is survived by her husband of 28 years: Steve Reynolds of Dayton, daughters: Michelle Richardson of Kenefick, Jenny Williams of Kenefick, and Jolana Church and husband Tim of Illinois, brother: Leo “John†Staarmann of Colorado, grandchildren: A. J. Richardson and wife Laura, Aaron Richardson, Bryce Williams, Daniel Williams, Journey Meineke, Kherington Church, and Kamden Church, great-grandchildren: Callie and Cameron Richardson, grand dog: Duster, also numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
