Barbara was born September 14, 1938 in Fresno, California to parents, Dally C. and Helen Ridgeway Williams and graduated in 1956 from Los Banos High School. She had lived in Dayton for the past 11 years after moving from Channelview. Barbara enjoyed cooking, knitting, singing, writing and loved being with her family. Memorial Service for Mrs. Adams will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Dayton. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Cindy Scoville. Barbara is survived by her husband of 28 years: James F. Adams of Dayton; her daughters: Kimberly Cantu and husband Ernest of League City, Deneen Case and husband Robert of Needville, Katie Adams of Sugar Grove, NC, Susan Caekins of Wataga, IL, and Kim Weate of Orlando, FL; her sons: Jim Pernetti & wife Toni of Ceres, CA and Robert Pernetti & wife Gina of Elk Grove, CA; grandchildren: Kirby Case, Robert Case, Keiffer Case, Joey Case, Benjamin Pernetti, Jim Pernetti, Michaela Pernetti, Joshua Pernetti, Tia Hulett and husband Cody, Gaylon Adams, Dennis Weate, Anna Weate, Sara Weate, Richard Robertson, and Cheyenne Haynes; great-grandchildren: Mericale Case, Justin Case, and Payton Case; brothers: Lester C.
