Barbara Jane Sanders

Barbara Jane "Granny" Sanders, age 78 years, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 in Baytown, Harris County, Texas. Funeral service for Mrs. Sanders will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Dayton, Texas. Officiating will be Chaplain Paul from Faith Community Hospice. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 27 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Ms. Sanders was born June 9, 1937 in Lindsay, Garvin County, Oklahoma to her parents Hubert Russell and Sylvia Pauline Magers Farrell, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Braunell Farrell. Barbara was retired from the transportation industry and was a truck driver by trade. She had also been employed as a beautician. Barbara enjoyed spending time her family, especially her grandchildren. Ms. Sanders is survived by her sons, Earl Wayne Sanders and wife Sheila and Terry Sanders and wife Cindy; Grandchildren, Kelly Sanders Wright, Kristin Sanders, Shiloh Peterson, Tanner Sanders and Austin Clinkscales; and brother Joe Farrell and wife, Lisa.
