Barbara Ann Franks

Barbara Ann Franks, age 62 and a resident of Willis, Texas, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at her home. She was born in Houston, Texas on August 12, 1950. She is preceded in death by her nephew Rene Mendez; and her mother and father-in-law Ida Mae and Euell Franks. She is survived by her devoted husband Francis Franks; parents Tony and Tina Flores; daughter Rebecca Franks Hale; sons Keith Hale and Jason Merritt; sisters Antoinette Mendez and Adela Ellis; brothers-in-law Louis Mendez, Jerry Ellis, Quinton Franks, and Gary Franks; grandson Jakob Hale; nephews Mark Mendez, Gabriel Mendez, Steven Bennett, T.J. Schneider, and Scott Williams; nieces Linda Williams, Melody Rymer, and Dawn Mendez; numerous other family members and faithful friends. Pastor Harry Adams will preside over funeral services being held Tuesday, May 28, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Splendora City Cemetery, Splendora, Texas.
