Aubrey Gene Porter

Aubrey Gene Porter, age 69, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 05, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. He was born in Cleveland, Texas on May 05, 1943 to parents Archie Porter and Lorraine (Rollins) Porter who preceded him in death along with his brothers Wesley, Buddy, Bobby and Leon Porter. Survivors include his childrenTeri Porter, Linda South, Lynnie Roberts and Rusty Porter; grandchildren Madeline Porter, Briley Savage, Kelsey Britt, Cody Robinson, Brandin Roberts; many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and faithful friends. Ray Bailey presided over funeral services held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 08, 2013 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Oak Shade Cemetery. Pallbearers included Vince Porter, Jason Porter, Jimmy Porter, Jimmy Granger, Ray O’Quinn and Terry Thain; honorary pallbearers Preston Coats, Carey Flemming, Alan Benton, Brian South, Louis Lamb, Travis Flemming, and Kenneth Lowe.
