Anngell Willis, age 77 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019. She was born March 12, 1942 in Raymondville, Texas to parents Edmond Conard and Juanita Lorraine White who she is preceded in death by.
Survivors include her daughters, Connie Morgan and Elizabeth Elder; son, James Willis, Jr.; brother, Conard White; grandchildren, David, TJ, Randy, Chris and Courtney; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Jayce, Andrew, Aiden, Addison and Ayla; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
